We partner with all the main accounting software providers. If you are just setting up and need some guidance on which one to choose, we can help. If you are already in business and are happy with the software you are using then we are more than happy to continue with that. Or if you want to make a change to a new software provider, we can guide you through the migration process.

Xero

Xero is our accounting software of choice. It has good functionality, is easy to use, and has good scalability. It also has an excellent App Store with all types of integrations available, from inventory and job management systems to debt collection. If costs aren’t a constraint and you aren’t already using an accounting software, this is probably what we would recommend. We have certified advisor status, we keep up to date with all the latest updates, and we have just about every Xero badge you can get.

FreeAgent

We like FreeAgent and it comes a close second to Xero. It is very intuitive and is good for small businesses. One of the best benefits is that it is free if you have a business bank account with NatWest, Mettle, Royal Bank of Scotland, or Ulster Bank. Because of this it is often our recommendation for small startups. If you can’t get it for free through your bank account, through our partner program we receive a good discount on the standard prices listed on FreeAgent’s website that we happily pass on to you. Like Xero, we are fully certified and have lots of badges.

QuickBooks

When it comes to accounting software, QuickBooks is a good, solid choice. It has lots of functionality and can handle the books of fairly large enterprises. Like Xero, it also has a reasonable number of integrations with other software and apps. We also benefit from solid partner discounts so if you sign up to a QuickBooks subscription through us or transfer your existing license to us, we should be able to help you make some instant savings. And of course, we are fully certified and have all the badges.

Sage

Sage is a classic, and you can’t go wrong with a classic. It’s got everything you need to get the job done and more. We get excellent discounts on the listed pricing due to our partner status which we always pass on to our clients. And…we are certified and have all the badges of course!
